Exposition of the Works of Lionginas Šepka
In the beginning of the 20th c have been restored entury, Lionginas Šepka, the most outstanding Lithuanian godmaker of the century was born and worked in Rokiškis Region. The exposition of his carvings is installed in a separate officina. Six halls are filled with his works to disclose the artist’s creation (about 3000 creations: some of them consisting of more than several tens of details). The exposition opens with the impressive multifigural monument for the artist’s brother and is concluded with his last unfinished carving, that was being created just before the artists death.
